Verified players can now transfer easily between accounts!
Our new player to player transfer feature is now available in the Cashier section of the poker lobby.
To use this convenient new option, simply click on the Transfer button in the poker lobby and then in the cashier dialogue box select the player you want to transfer the money to, and the amount. It's that easy!
In order to successfully have funds transferred from one player to another, you must meet the following requirements:
- User can only have one active EnterAtlantis account open.
- A completed account registration with the mailing address information.
- Request must be a minimum of $20.00. Maximum of $200 at one instance.
- Neteller users must have a successful deposit history.
- Credit Card users must have at least 30 days of successful deposit history.
There is no upper limit to transferring money from one registered player to another in a 24 hour period, yet, our risk management and fraud control department is ever-vigilant about issues related to chip dumping and similar fraudulent activities. So please make sure you contact support immediately if you may find a particular amount rejected for transfer. We believe its better being safe, than sorry. We're sure you'll agree.
